This fabric expresses with weave work, the old- fashion technique called Sashi-ori さしおり, where it pricks the fabric with needles to give the strength of the material. Traditionally used in Japan for Judo, this heavyweight fabric is also excellently durable for coats, bags and projects that requires a certain thickness.
