The Regenerative - Handspun Cotton Yarn

$37.00

Each KAPAS piece was grown in our regenerative farm. For 2 years now, we've been working with indigenous women farmers to grow cotton and natural dyes with regenerative methods. From sourcing non-GMO seeds to completely eliminating chemical fertilizer and pesticides to heal the soil.

After the harvest, the Ibus come together to de-seed and spin each flower into threads before being woven by hand on a backstrap loom. Each takes 6 months to craft, from farm to fabric. Each color dyed with plants grown in the farm to support biodiversity, so that when you wear it, you become part of the healing journey.

* Available per skein of around 450grams
